This whole situation caught me on vacation in Istanbul, but I got a message from Peace Corps two days ago telling me they were sending me home. You all know as much as me if you're reading BBC. But it IS as bad as the reports are saying.
Anyway, I will do better to write something of substance later, but for the time being, know all our volunteers are safe and accounted for, having been in the states at the time or evacuated to Armenia.
